The Process

- The faults that have been logged are then sent to a coach and the elements that require or can be fixed with coaching are identified.
- The driver then undergoes a training session with the coach in order to improve their performance.
- Drivers are also monitored on their improvement after training has taken place to determine how effective the training session was and if they need more training on the matter.
